360 double underflip

The 360 double underflip is not what the name says, in fact it's a "backside shuvit late backside back foot varial double underflip" but 360 double underflip is way shorter, and this is the most common name for this trick.
I chose to write my article for the double flip version rather than the single flip because I think it is easier to get them consistent (even if they may be a bit harder to learn).
I suggest to learn the impossible and the backside shuvit first. The impossible is not really needed but I think it's better to learn it before to avoid later troubles when learning it if you learned 360 underflip variations before (especially unwanted underflips).

feet placement:
-put your front like you would for an impossible, this foot is ready to get out of the way.
-the back foot placement is critical, this foot have to slightly push the tail down then to get under the board and then again to underflip it, this is why I suggest to put this foot on the toe side of the tail, with the ball of the foot hanging off the toe side, and the big toe already hooking the edge of the deck close to the back truck, this way your toes are ready to get under the board quickly.

How to do the trick:
1/ raise your front foot and get it off the way (like you would for an impossible), scoop slightly with your backfoot to induce a backside shuvit start but don't hit it, do like you would for a shuvit with no pop. Let your back foot where it is with toes pointing toward the floor to help step, 2/.
2/ As soon as the board start its spinning put your back foot's toes under the board, if you did step 1/ correctly the board should get at the good place easily.
3/ raise your back foot up and forward (at this time you are still jumping), with this early underflip technique it should happen at nearly 90° board spin (you don't have to mind that, just do it early), and induce a fast spinning and flipping, you have to manage to finish the 360 rotation with two flips. With this technique you don't have to kick very hard.
4/ let the board flip and spin and catch it when you think it's time to (before it does an extra 1/4 flip), then land.

Tips:
-if you can already pop shuvit underflip, do the same thing but earlier and without pop.
-remember to do a very early underflip.
-this trick doesn't take much space, the board have to flip fast.

Variation:
-they can be done with single or triple flip.
-you can do the opposite of a 360 underflip by doing a fs shuvit and hooking with your heel during the first 90° to get a fs 360 heel-underflip, known as the 360 kiwi flip.
