nollie 360 kiwi flip

A kiwi flip is a frontside shuvit heel-underflip, the name comes from MRCK who has invented most variations of this trick and made it popular on the net.
The trick my article is about is the nollie 360 kiwi flip, it's a nollie kiwi flip that spins 360 instead of 180 (so it's nollie varial 360 heel-underflip) this is one of MRCK's variations and this is the first kiwi flip variation I learned, this is why I start with this one. I suggest to learn the 360 varial first (360 varial is the original name for nollie backside 360 shuvit). My technique may be a bit different to MRCK's, I recommend to try MRCK's one first, he is a master at kiwi flips.

Feet setting:
-the front foot should be parallele with the board, the ball of the foot on the heelside of the nose, you have to let the heel hang lower than the edge of the deck, I personnally put the inner side of my heel in contact with the rail and kinda hook the deck before doing the trick.
-the back foot should be on the back bolts, with toes hanging of the toe side like you would for a 360 varial. I personnaly use the toes of this foot to grip the edge of the board.

How to do the trick:
1/ press the nose a little like you would for a nollie backside shuvit with no pop.
2/ use your back foot to help for the 360 rotation like you would for a 360 varial, it should increase the efficiency of the front foot action in 3/
3/ at the same time hook the board with front foot heel, jump and raise your front foot up and perpendicular to the board (or even a bit backward). With my technique this is mostly the front foot under-heelflip that makes the board get air.
4/ let the board spin and land, if you do the trick the lazy way the landing will be very similar to a 360 varial landing, if you hook harder you will have to jump high because this trick can get quite some air.

Tips:
-at first you can think about them as 360 varial with a weird feet placement, when I learned them I got them like that without even trying to hook, just by letting the board flip against the front foot heel (but it doesn't look as good).
-don't use too much strenght, it would make them harder to catch.

Variations:
-Here is the interesting part, thanks to MRCK this trick has many variations, my favorite ones are the switch 360 kiwi flip and the switch kiwi spin which is the same with a 180 body follow, these two trick can be combo-ed with some pivot or revert (and even shuvits and bigspins but I can't do those yet).
-the kiwi flip technique allows for incredible amounts of spin/flip, you can do them 540, or 540 bigspin to get a nollie 540 kiwi spin (MRCK even does this one with an extra pivot to get a nollie 720 gazelle kiwi flip called nollie begrafenisondernemer flip), you can do nollie gazelle kiwi flips to get a siyoun spin, it's possible to do kiwi double flip variations such as switch 540 kiwi double flip or even 720 double variations such as nollie weetos double flip.
